In addition to the two FC Nokia teams, 12 other teams played in Girls 14. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof FC Nokia sininen could be found in Group C together with Itä-Hakkilan Kilpa IHK T 08-09 Sininen, HTF, WFA Blå and Tuusulan palloseura TuPS/KP-75 YJ.
FC Nokia sininen made it to Playoff A after reaching 1:st place in Group C. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against FC Sport Vaasa with 0-1. Thereby FC Nokia sininen finished second in G14 Playoff A during Wasa Footballcup 2022. FC Nokia also participated in Girls 13 during Wasa Footballcup 2021.
