Wasa footballcup – Finland’s most fun football tournament for kids and teens

The tournament is one of Finland’s biggest football events and takes place over three action-packed days in July.

For boys and girls aged 6–15
The tournament is open to both boys and girls aged 6–15, and every team is guaranteed to play games every day (no rest days!) for at least five matches in total.

More than just football
Wasa Footballcup is about more than just football. We offer a complete experience where friendship, fun, and unforgettable moments are at the heart of it all. Once you’ve taken part in the cup’s exciting opening ceremony, it’s something you’ll likely never forget!

Non-stop fun and unforgettable moments
There are activities for the whole team at the tournament venue, and every participant is invited to the popular cup disco. We also collaborate with attractions like Tropiclandia water park and Zip Adventure Park.

Easy logistics and true cup atmosphere
One of the tournament’s biggest strengths is the short distance between pitches, meals, and accommodation. This makes logistics simple and creates the special cup atmosphere that we are especially proud of and receive the most positive feedback on.

The tournament is organized by Wasa Youth Footballcup ry in collaboration with the Football Association of Finland. Wasa Footballcup takes place Friday–Sunday, 3–5.7.2026.
