All referees have a license issued by the Football Association of Finland.

Tournament structure
The tournament is played in group play or league and placement matches (B/G15-B/G10, depending
on number of teams / age group and B/G 7-9 will be with no tables and all players will have a medal)

Register your team at the latest on 20th of May 2018

Registration fee
220 € for all teams (5v5 120 €) and the fee should be paid in two weeks after the registration
Participation fee for every player is mandatory, please choose one:
1) School accommodation: 100 €/person
2) Participation fee: 40 €/person
3) Mealpackage: 65 €/person
4) Mealpackage without breakfast: 50 €/person

- Accommodation in school from thursday evening-sunday (5.-8.7.2018), bring your own sleeping bag and bedroll.
- Breakfast (Fr-Su), lunch and dinner (Fri-Sat), at Sunday breakfast and combined lunch/dinner

2) Participation fee: 38 €/person.

Payments for registration fee to be done latest two weeks after team registration NOTE! Separate invoice will not be sent. Your team will be registered as a participant after the registration fee has been paid.

Cup restaurant
Meals are served at walking distance from the MTV-fields, Vaasa Vocational Center, Ruutikellarintie 2.
Eventual food allergies are good to inform at the same time as team registration.
Prizes
All participants gets WFC diploma.
In age groups B/G15 – B/G10 winner, second and bronze -team gets medals and one goblet/team.
B/G 7-9 years is played according to Finnish FA model Kaikki Pelaa rules. In these age groups all players
get a medal. No team goblets
Game rules
Tournament is general played according Finnish Football Association and UEFA rules.
The player can represent only the team he/she has a valid license for season 2018. With a significant
reason this can be overruled by the tournament organizer.
The organizer can give overage permits if there is reason for it or if the local football district or own FA has given a permission for it.
But in series with tables there can only be two overaged players on the field at the same time.
Team that discontinue the tournament without an eligible reason has to settle a 100€ penalty.
